After 17 years in my house that I bought brand new, the bulkhead developed hair line cracks and started leaking. The water pooled and then came inside my finished basement. I started looking for someone to fix it. Bigfoot was highly recommended by a colleague. Though they are very expensive, they provide lifetime warranty so I went with them. I waited to post the review for over a month waiting for heavy rain and saturated ground. We finally had that combination last few days where it continuously rained for a week. Happy to report bulkhead stayed dried.
Great job Tim. I highly recommend his service. He is a pleasure to work with, stays in touch after work to make sure customer is happy, and is very responsive. I am very happy with the end result.

Tim is prompt, punctual, and professional. He is easy to work with and got my sump situation sorted quickly and satisfactorily. We had a minor mistake with the wrong part getting ordered initially but Tim corrected the issue quickly to get us up and running at no additional cost. You can count on Bigfoot Waterproofing to get things done well and ethically.

Had some concerns with moisture in the basement. Tim was able to get to my property next day. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions while guiding me in the right direction. The kind of small business where the owner picks up the inbound call is the kind I want to do business with. I highly recommend Bigfoot and will use them again.

Tim and the entire Big Foot Water Proofing team were great. Tim met me to walk through an estimate and address my questions. Then he was present with the team to make sure the project was done correctly and on time. Tim was even able to meet us on a Saturday to do a finalize a walk through. Professional, prepared and well done. Can’t say enough good things.
